Try The World Morocco Box Review
While getting cool products from around the world is great, the best part is the tried and true recipes using the items. I never know what to make, but if I just stick to the recipes on the card, it’s always a big hit around here.
Little lady loves to try out all the sweets and ready to eat goodies first. These Anise Cookies are perfect with Moroccan mint tea, with coffee, or on top of a dessert. Next up she tried the Paprika Crackers. These were GOOD! But she did immediately need a drink of water. Then she went right back at them. Someone likes spicy food lol. I love these little crunchy goodies. I would eat these with a nice soft brie. The Orange Blossom water is perfect for desserts. You can even add a few drops to a bottle of water and spray it around a room to freshen the air, use it as perfume, or mix it in lotion. It’s a very beloved and popular scent in Moroccan culture. For dinner, we used the included recipe to make Traditional Moroccan Couscous. In 45 minutes, we have a beautiful and healthy meal the entire family loved. This recipe uses the included harissa, kefta spice blend, couscous sauce, and couscous.
There is nothing like giving the gift of the world via food to your family. It’s a great way to bond and learn together when you talk a little about the culture at the dinner table. We like to look up some interesting facts about each country. Try The World includes a ton of neat facts. For Morocco we are told a beautiful proverb, find out what a tagine is, and discover that in Morocco you eat with just your thumb and first two index fingers…on our right hand, of course.
