We love our Try The World boxes in this house. I’m excited to give my Try The World Italy Review. I mean, who doesn’t love Italian food?! Little monster, Violette…jumps up and down every time I open a package and she spots that aqua Try The World box. Then she runs to her room to pick out an outfit to take photos and eat the goodies. There is always at least one goodie she can eat right away. Cookies or something good.
Try The World Italy Review
This adorable little nugget is an almond cookie. So yummy and full of almond flavor. She ate a bunch and I controlled myself to just have two. 😉 Thumbs up from Violette. LoL!!! She also wanted me to mention to brush your teeth after so you don’t get cavities. After snacking, I decided to make the Risotto! It’s only my second time making it, but already I feel like I have to mention, it tastes way better to make it yourself than order it at a restaurant. Maybe it’s the little bit of patience and constant stirring that makes it takes so good. Here’s the creamy goodness….mmmmm….The box came with a lot of goodies, but I really love these individual truffle zest packs. Sprinkle it on everything!
Look how much it fancied up my pizza the next day. I got some toasted bread to eat with the balsamic vinegar from the box. A little olive oil, some sea salt and lemon (also from a past Try The World Box), and the lovely balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Happy tears….
If you want to get all the goodness in each bite I recommend putting a little olive oil on a small dish, then a dash of balsamic straight from the bottle and a sprinkle of salt over each slice of toasted bread. A little messy, so maybe do this alone where no one is looking. Seriously, amazing! The Italian box also comes with coffee, which my husband gushed about. I went for some tea from Palais Des Thes. These French flavored teas are a MUST TRY for any tea lover. If you don’t care for tea, just give them a chance to convert you.I’m still enjoying goodies from my other boxes. The France box comes with yummy Fig jam, one morning I decided to make scones and pull out my jar of clotted cream and my rose petal and jasmine jams (you can get those from the Try The World shop!).
I’ll probably make a whole new posts just on them. They are also available on the Try The World Shop and I thank the France box for introducing them to me.
