If you haven’t noticed, we LOVE Try The World in my house. It’s not just a box, but a ton of family fun. Today is all about the new and revamped, Try The World France box review.
Try The World France Box Review
Inside every Try The World box comes a “culture guide” which describe what’s in the box, some history, info the on the chef who help curate the box, and a map of the places all the products came from.
The France Box was curated by Chef Christophe Schmit. He earn Michelin star chef at Restaurant Le Diane in Paris and Taittinger Prix Culinaire.
This yummy cream and be swirled into ice cream, added to lattes (even matcha lattes), use as filling for crepes or cookies, etc. The options are endless. I’ve been buying this wonderful chestnut cream on the Try The World shop for some time. It’s a must have indulgence.
This one is a surprise of either Clementine, Cherry, or Fig jam. I received fig, which happens to be a favorite. Next to rose and orange blossom jam I love me a fig jam. All of my favorites are available at the Try The World shop. I use my fig jam on scones. I’m kinda crazy for tea parties lately and had an afternoon tea at Vizcaya and most recently the Mandarin Oriental (review to come!).
This is a unique item. You get three ready to serve sauce packets from acclaimed sauce expert, Christian Potier. This peppercorn sauce was ready in 10 seconds and turned my already awesome steak into a fancy dinner in France. Just like that. Obviously I told my husband I made it. He was so proud until he saw the package lol. It’s also great on poultry, rice and pasta.
Palais des Thes creates tea infusions and blends that make unique and aromatic teas. It includes one of their Earl Grey The des Lords, Earl Grey Mao Feng Green of London, and The du Hammam. Each tea bag is complete with steeping time and temperature. Which if you’re not a tea drinker is VERY VERY important. Some teas easily burn and become bitter if steeped too hot or too long.
DANGER! DANGER!!!! ::tears:: these look so innocent. But they are way too good. So good. Baby girl agrees. We ate this so fast and were immediately both depressed the box wasn’t as big as a house. We’ll be ordering more. You can’t handle these cookies. You have been warned. Put some chestnut cream on them and die happy.
Whole Grain Mustard
The city of Dijon is the mustard capital of France where Domaine des Vignes makes this rich and tangy mustard. A true kitchen staple.
Persillade Herb Blend
This organic and sustainably grown aromatic blend is great on fish, meat, and vegetables.
Salted Butter Caramels
A tasty blend of butter and sea salt gives these delightful caramels their rich flavor. Enjoy them with tea or out of the box like Violette does.
