This month’s Try The World box takes us to the exotic INDIA! Here’s my Try The World India Box Review. This special edition box also features beautiful art on the box itself from an Indian artist. Isn’t this gorgeous?
What’s Inside The Try The World India Box
Literrally tons of goodies in this box! India is packed with so many spices and flavors. You will love it! It was exciting to find that India has such similar flavors to Turkish and Persian food. The little squares in the red package are saffron and pistachio flavor with a silky cotton candy texture. They are the old school original cotton candy. What’s life without fragrant long grain basmati rice? How can anyone enjoy any other kind of rice? That’s not right. Their date and tamarind sweet sauce is perfect to tame anything too spicy. Indian masala is famous for a reason. These mixes of spices are tasty and a great way to introduce someone to Indian cuisine. This tea blend is the perfect chai. I was so excited it doesn’t have allspice, which I finally discovered is the spice I dislike above all others. I found this out when we picked fresh allspice leaves during our trip to Three Sisters Farm. I made this chai tea blend and mixed it with frothy warm milk from my frother. It was perfection. Who doesn’t love pancakes? Indian pancakes are just as amazing all pancakes in every other part of the world. I love pancakes. Easy on the maple syrup, though. Diabetes is gonna get’ cha.
Try The World India Box Review
Try The World gave us another great box. The stars were the chai, basmati, and the Indian cotton candy (which I could only have a tiny bite of because of sugar). This box was seriously my first experience with Indian food. I’m ashamed to say, but it’s true. I finally got the courage to take my husband to an Indian restaurant and it was awesome. Now we have a new favorite restaurant and I discovered I really do like Indian food.
Parasites and Indian Food
It’s a little-known fact that nearly every human (or every human) on EARTH has parasites. Indian food contains a lot of antiparasitic ingredients to naturally and safely rid the body of these nasty critters. Some say the most you can hope for is to keep them under control. So it’s great to now and then, go for the crazy spicy (unless you have reflux) and other Indian foods to help keep everything in balance. I recently did a parasite cleanse after reading about the benefits and all the hard and terrible things they cause. Most cultures have traditions and remedies to keep them under control. However, over time in our modern world, we have lost the seasonal parasite cleanse traditions. Could this be why so many of us are falling ill? The rise of so many diseases? I’m going to go all in on parasites soon, so subscribe and check back on the blog often.
